Route 1: HPIN Solo Installers

Visit the HPIN Direct Website and pay the £250 survey fee

Book your appointment, and we will attend the site to survey

We will add your labour and costs to our Bundle price and create a quote for you.

You give the customer the quote

Once the customer is ready to proceed. We’ll provide the documentation to the customer and take their payment

We’ll supply the kit to the customer’s address

You install the heat pump with our support

We will attend and commision the job with you and hand over the system to the customer

You get paid – it’s that simple!

Route 2: HPIN Certified Installers

As a HPIN Member you will have the app to scan the property onsite yourself, there and then

The app tells you what system you need and you can see live bundle prices ready to go

You add your price to our bundle price, and that’s your quote for the customer. Simple and fast

You give the customer the quote

Once the customer is ready to proceed. We’ll provide the documentation to the customer and take their payment

What’s more, if you decide to join HPIN and become a HPIN Certified Installer, you’ll earn a referral fee of £500 for every customer you refer to EDF Heat Pumps that results in an installation.
