When you use our MCS Umbrella Scheme HPIN Direct, you can submit jobs and use our MCS accreditation bypassing the cost and admin and giving your customers access to the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

How HPIN works

1. Create your account

We’ll need your personal and company details, UTR, email address and telephone number. This means we can create your account and get your set up for future payments.

2. Upload your documents

Upload your training certificates: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in heating/plumbing, Gas Safe certificate and number, G3 unvented certificate and your public liability insurance cover note and policy wording

3. Submit jobs

You can submit jobs to us on your installer portal from day one. Simply tell us about the job and give us as much information as you can and we’ll get the ball rolling.

4. Make referrals

Once you’re onboarded and have signed your supply of service, you can start receiving paid jobs from us and make referrals.

For every referral you make, you’ll keep the install and get a £500 referral bonus as a thank you from us.

4. Install a heat pump at home

As a HPIN Certified installer, you can also install a heat pump in your own home. You’ll get real life experience of living with a heat pump and be able to tell your customers all about them.
