- Upload your certificates. We need:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in heating/plumbing
- Gas Safe Certificate and registration number
- G3 unvented certificate
- Oftec registration number (if applicable)
- Public liability insurance policy wording and cover note
- Complete the online training
- Sign and return your Supply of Service
- Start installing heat pumps

What does HPIN cost?
Joining HPIN is free. We don’t charge monthly subscriptions or a fee to sign up. Our MCS umbrella scheme, HPIN Direct is also free to join.
How do I join
Joining HPIN is easy. All you need to do is visit www.hpin.co.uk/register and complete the online form.
What do I need to onboard?:
We need the following documents from you to get you onboarded:
- Your National Insurance Number
- Your company details
- Qualifications and supporting documents, such as:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heating/Plumbing
- Gas Safe Registration Number
- Oftec Registration Number
- G3 Unvented Qualification Certificate
- Public Liability Insurance Certificate
Don’t worry. If you don’t have all these documents to hand, please still go ahead with registration and you can upload supporting documents later. Our team will be on hand to support you.
I don’t have all my certificates & documents
You can still create your account on the HPIN website without uploading your documents however, you will need to supply all of these before we can onboard you properly and progress any jobs for you.
